Arena

• 88’ X 205’ hedge lined arena DG base with 4” of washed sand. Arena has sprinklers for dust control and speakers for music or lessons.

Main Barn

• (6) 12 x12 box stalls with runs done in stud panels.  Each stall has an automatic waterer, feeder and hay rack and rubber mats.
• 12X12 tack room with slate floor.
• 12X12 feed room.

Mare Motel

• (8) 12X16 fully covered stalls with automatic waterers and rubber mats.  Stalls are constructed of stud panels for maximum ventilation.

Trainer’s Building

• 12X20 building divided into 2 rooms.  Can be used as an office, tack room, feed room, break room or trophy room.
